Zev provides quality instruction and training for people of all ages! Train for self defense, physical fitness, to build your self esteem, compete at tournaments, or even just to join a tribe that motivates you to be better.

Why Zev Martial Arts?

Our instructors have multiple black belts and certifications in teaching. We currently are the only school in the area with a black belt instructor for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

We are a family and community focused gym. If two people from your immediate family sign up, the rest go for free. We have days where you and your kids could train together. We have sponsors for families that need what martial arts offers, but cannot afford to train. We have discounts for those that serve the community. We regularly donate to those that serve our community.

We compete regularly to test our teaching and our students. This year we were ranked seventh out of hundreds of schools in Texas competition and have won a total of 31 state titles and three national titles.

Unlike our competition, we do not charge for belt testing. Instead of paying $60 every six weeks you EARN your rank with time and skill. We are open every weekday and allow you to train as much as you’d like, whenever days you’d like at no extra cost. We have a unique leadership program that raises our students to teach and lead those around them. We do not charge for this program.

Our school is an American school. Respect and character values are taught over eastern traditions and philosophy. Self defense and practical applications are taught over katas and make believe scenarios.

We see results. We have kids with ADD learn focus and discipline. We have kids and adults learn a quiet confidence from experience on the mat. We’ve had students lose over 40 pounds from hard work and a team to motivate them. We’ve had kids go from not doing any sports to medaling at tournaments.
